"Rest" for the rest of the day

Cerve : "The program has today as a pure rest day after the voice training"

You test your voice. It's incredibly hoarse but the tea has you able to at least communicate in a slow rasp.

Alexis : "I can just do whatever I want?"

You say a little disappointed, so far you've thoroughly enjoyed all your training.

Cerve : "Not exactly..."

Alexis : "Then what am I doing?"

Seeming to want to spare your voice twenty questions.

Cerve : "Just open Box four honey."

You comply and rip open the medium sized package revealing a fancy set of goggles.

Cerve : "They're very advanced VR goggles loaded with some strong hypnosis. You've experienced some of the hypno tech before but this is a more concentrated dose. You'll be knocked out the whole time."

You didn't understand what you could need more hypnosis for. They had already broke you, they didn't need to trick your mind. You're frustrated as your voice is fading all you can say is.

Alexis : "Why need hypno? already submitted..."

Cerve : "Oh, this isn't to break you or make you accept anything sweety. It's just to reprogram deep muscle memories and habits that it would take too long to individually train out of you. The way you walk, your posture, the way you hold yourself, your balance in heels, even the way you look first to the little boys room instead of your proper bathroom. It's like voice training for everything else, the slow way isn't any fun and would take hundreds or thousands of hours. Over the next month a few of these 'rest' days a week and we can skip all of that."

You gulped, that sounded pretty invasive. But you also weren't exactly looking forward to falling over in heels for weeks. You grip the high tech goggles in your hands and carry them to the bed. It's not like you are in a position to refuse or go back.
