She then immediately pokes at your chest furious at your words. "Says the loser who doesn't have any friends." She says. Before you can cut her off she continues. "Oh wait you do, Mister Nobody and Miss Nobody."

The moment when you heard those words you became furious. You can take insult but when someone insults your friends that's a whole different level. Veronica on the other hand is cocky, she knows that talking about your friends sets you off.

Knowing this you calm yourself down. You don't want to give Veronica the satisfaction. You then give her a cold smile. "At least my friends don't use me." You say grabbing your book out of your locker and leaving. You hear her trying to get the last word in but you were gone.

You head into your math class to see your friend Dakota looking at you with concern.

"You alright Alex? I heard you and Veronica had a confrontation outside. Fuck, I just wish she stop bullying you. It has been how long now... since elementary Jesus." Dakota says as you sit next to him.

You give out a sigh and reply.
