You see that she is on the phone, and shrug and mouth: "Nevermind talk to you later."

She pulls the phone away from her ear and says out loud. "Are you sure?"

"It's really not important," you say.

She frowns, but waves goodbye and closes the door on you. You wonder if there is someone else you can hang out with.
