Chapter 7 by Aphelion
What did Kayla blurt out?
"My life, like who I am as a person"
Kayla didn't know why she'd said those words. She could have said anything. She could have said "my life as a shy girl", and if that bid had been acceptable maybe she would have made her life better. Instead she'd said: "My life, like who I am as a person!"
"SOLD!" declared the auctioneer, hammering the gavel down twice for good measure, "to perhaps our most interesting new member in years. And dear, you are a member now. Your standing invitation will be ready for you when you leave tonight."
"Wow, I agree wholeheartedly," said Damien. He got out of his seat and moved over by Kayla. "I always thought you were a little boring Kayla, but that bid! Outstanding."
"Call me Kiki," said Kayla, shaking her head, "and I didn't do it to impress you."
"Kayla, are you alright?" asked Wyatt, rushing over to her and grabbing her hands. He looked her up and down. She didn't look any different. Still the girl he loved. The kindhearted, shy, bit of a nerd, girl that he couldn't admit his feelings to. In that moment Wyatt decided. He was going to confess to Kayla after tonight. When they were out of this weird place and back home and safe.
"I'm fine," snapped Kayla, "just fixing up after you, like always," she looked down as if noticing his grip for the first time, and tugged her hands free, "and it's Kiki now. I'm a new woman tonight."
Wyatt laughed uncomfortably. "You don't really mean that? I mean, this isn't—"
"—it's entirely real idiot. That's an elf," Kiki pointed at Lexi up at the front of the room, "and I sold who I am, enough to change at least a little. I don't feel any different," Kiki grabbed her breasts and squeezed, "hmm, scratch that, a bit firmer up top. Otherwise I just know that I'm not Kayla anymore, because that name belongs to another person, a girl who was a lot like me, who I'm still similar to, but who isn't quite me. The name's part of the bargain, no matter how little the changes."
Wyatt wasn't so sure the changes were little, the Kayla he knew would never have called him an idiot, but before he could say anything else Kat jumped on her sister, hugging her around the shoulders.
"Oh em gee sis, I always knew you just needed to break out of your shell a little, take charge, be large. Now you are!"
Kiki grabbed her sister's ass — and what a delightful toned ass it was — groping it just so, and made Kat gasp into her ear. Kiki grinned, and swung Kat around until her older sister was in front of her. She leaned in and gave Kat a quick peck on the lips.
"Oh yes sister, I'm not letting anybody walk all over me anymore," she lowered Kat to the ground, "want to come take possession of my property with me?"
The restless crowd that had been murmuring and whispering broke out into applause with those words, and the auctioneer bowed with a flourish. "Yes, Kiki is it? Please come and take possession of your factory-finished elf princess."
Kiki grabbed Kat's hand and together they jogged up to the front. The auctioneer offered Kiki a thimble.
"Please place a finger, any finger, in here. There is a tiny needle inside, it will prick you and you merely have to put a drop of your blood onto the collar Lexi is wearing," the auctioneer looked over at the glassy-eyed elf, "****! Show your new master your collar. Sorry about her, she's a touch out of it, a light tranquilizer to make her docile you understand," said the auctioneer conspiratorially to Kiki.
The princess bared her neck, and pushed her long wheaten blonde hair back over her shoulders. There was in fact a collar around her neck, very thin, and made of lace interwoven with golden thread. A tiny white diamond was at the front, glittering, faintly frosted, representing the purity of its wearer.
"That wouldn't hold anyone," laughed Kat, "it couldn't!"
Kiki knew it would, that it could, though she didn't know how she knew. She knew once her blood was on that diamond Lexi was hers, in body and mind both. The thought made her hot, and the heat nestled thick between her legs. The elven girl's purity itself was hers to stain.
She took the thimble and stuck her middle finger, then moved up to Lexi. She ran her index finger down the shorter woman's chin, and smirked. Then placed her blood smeared finger on the diamond adorning the collar. It glowed and ran red, absorbing the blood and reflecting Lexi's new ownership. After a second it was a ruby, as far as looks were concerned.
More applause, louder applause. Kiki basked in it. It felt like adulation and prayer. The kind of recognition she'd deserved through a lifetime of effort, of top grades, of literally knowing-it-all, and never received from peers.
And all it took to earn was a sketchy mysterious auction, and gambling with her self on the line. All told, a worthwhile trade.
What is next in the life of Kiki?
