The first woman, according to her Driver's Licence, was 23 year old Chun Li; she was a petite brunette with beautiful blue eyes. She was wearing a sky blue denim shirt and white cut shorts. On her left wrist was a large chunky black Apple Watch. The Bandit reached into Chun's shorts and pulled her underwear up over her head.

The second woman was 22 year old Mai Li, obviously a Sister or Cousin of Chun's; Mai was wearing an A Team T-Shirt and ripped jeans. "Nice combination of top and jeans" the Bandit commented to the frozen woman "But those purple sequin high tops just ruin the look, let me sort that for you..." and he whipped Mai's trainers off and dumped them in a nearby trash bin before returning to the women. Similar to her Compadre, Mai was also given the underwear blindfold treatment.

After cleaning the girls of their valuables, the Bandit stood back and admired his handiwork, slurping on a bubblegum slushie that Chun had previously been holding.
