In the very near future, a Black Supremacist group called 'Balance' is taking whiteboys seriously: turning cucks into voluntary slaves through intensive psychological warfare and sexual humiliation - particularly cuckolding, chastity and feminization. Along with the mass-market approach, Balance is targeting 'structural weaknesses' in white supremacy: in short, wimp whiteboys in high places.
