all the jobs in the world

I was sitting back home in my apartment looking at some papers and thinking to myself "I'm in deep shit". in reality my problems started a couple of years ago when i graduated you see I went to college for being a airline mechanic which pays a lot if you manage to land yourself a job, but that's just it. if you cant get yourself a job working on planes at one of the major airlines you will find yourself working on small aircraft, and that's were i wound up. I worked for a small company installing fabric on world war 1 and 2 era biplanes until the company went under and I found myself out of a job. I started to apply at the larger airlines first because I worked on planes for several years i was sure they would hire me, I was wrong instead of finding a job I kept getting directed from one airline to another until I found myself here wondering how I'm going to pay all these bills. the computer was on the table next to my papers and I was looking at various job search websites wondering if there was an airline I hadn't applied to yet (and knowing there wasn't) when I noticed an add looking for waiters at a nearby restaurant normally a job like that wouldn't even warrant a second glance but I noticed the dollar signs next to the job offer that paid almost as much as a made at my last company. the only problem was that the job was a a company notorious for hiring only attractive women. i thought to myself there goes that option and i kept looking for more jobs.
