Yet another alien planet story...

Your name is Solara Anatol. Your father was Terrano Anatol, famous galaxy-wide as one of the finest, and most honorable, bounty hunters in the Milky Way Galaxy. Terrano was largely beloved because he was known to work only for the Galactic CJC (Criminal Justice Collective), a generally popular branch of the Gaian Galactic Republic responsible for imprisoning the galaxies worst criminals. Your father was not a man of flash or self-promotion, but he was commonly referred to in the terms of the Old West of ancient legend, and you knew that he privately enjoyed that connection to his professional forerunners.

Your father’s well-deserved reputation was a point of pride for you when you were growing up with your mother on your home planet. Unfortunately, when you were 12, your mother died as the result of a mid-flight accident while on her way to work. After a mourning period, you managed to persuade your father, after months of trying, that you should live with him on his ship, Holliday.

For 14 years, you and your father traveled the galaxy, collecting escaped or wanted criminals of every shape and size. At first you would mostly stay on the ship and hear the briefs and listen to the accounts afterward. Then after a few years, you would help as best you could from the ship. Then, once you turned 21, you started joining your father planet side. For the last five years, Terrano and Solara Anatol were a terrifying pair, and it was not uncommon for a bounties to simply turn themselves in when it was discovered that the Anatols were on their tail.

Sadly, your father was recently shot and reduced to ash by a plasmoid projector. This was the first bounty you had taken up since your father’s . You were extremely nervous. Your father, right up until the end, had been extremely handy in a wide variety of situations, and you weren’t sure if you’d be able to make it on your own.
