"So is this the lot that you mentioned?" Asked the goth girl standing next to her tanned brunette friend as they were standing before a large empty lot of land in the suburb.

"Big enough to build a mansion with the money we have currently" Her friend replied as Gwen looked at the lot and then around the suburb where they were surrounded by villas of different design of shape, size, color and layout. Currently, they are in the most expensive suburb area with one villa causing over three millions at minimum depending on the design of the villa. And not to mention that the suburb is near a coastal town with a lovely beach.

"Do we have enough to build our own villa?" The goth girl asked, turning her attention back to her friend as she was checking on her phone. She was checking on her bank account to check her savings in order to clarify her goth girl of the financial problem.

"We have more than enough" She replied as the goth girl looked at her with a raised eyebrow, doubting about her claim of fixing up the financial problem. Sure, they do save the money bit by bit when they heard of the proposal by Heather. Heather can be a bit bitchy and demanding when it comes to things she wants, usually for herself to enjoy but when there are times when she can be quite generous. Rarely, so when she proposed to them the idea of building a villa where all of them could live together, it was a bit of astoundment. "More than enough? Are you sure our savings would make up the large sum to build the villa?" She asked, for clarification so she didn't want to believe what her friend said earlier was a bluff. But her tanned friend let out a happy smirk at her, telling her that she really meant it.

"Remember the lawsuit I filed against Chris years ago?" She asked as the goth chick nodded with still doubting brow at her, especially when she mentioned the lawsuit against their very much hated host that they attended many years back then. And she was curious to why she brought that up all the sudden since they had only talked about it once during their cafe date and never mentioned again.

"Well, I won the case and I got all his assets and money. Which is enough to build Heather's dream villa" Her friend said proudly to her goth friend as Gwen couldn't help but to laugh at the predicament of their former host who had tortured them for his own amusement and money gain. And just hearing Chris got sent to jail once again made her all so happy.

"Have you told Heather yet?" Despite being enemies on the show for how many years, they do share their hatred of the man named Chris. So at least she could be agree with Heather for hating on him.

"Not yet but I will tell her later once we have our contact done" Her friend started pressing on her phone as she held up to her ear and began speaking to, possibly, the contractor to build their dream villa.

Months have passed ever since the two visited the site where their dream villa would be built and the two girls, along with others of friends, are now living in the dream villa that Heather first proposed for them to live. It took many sweating and exhausting months to think up, agree and disagree, draw up and place the interior for their dream villa and it's all worth it in the end.

A truly large and beautiful villa, a two-floor high villa with a concrete pillars surrounding the premise, a front garden and a back garden to grow trees and flowers alike. And to have a large swimming pool for all to enjoy. Inside the villa would be a spacious living room, a large kitchen with a space for eating, a recreational room and more once you explore the villa for yourself. And of course, there are rooms for the ladies to sleep in, each has their own individual flair and character to them.
