The stone of the breeder

It was almost 7:00 P.M when I closed my store for the day. It was a good day, my customers were satisfied, and so was I. 10 minutes later, I was at home. I entered the apartment to be welcomed by Jade watching TV.

Jade is my roomate since I moved in a year and a half ago. She's a kind and sympathetic woman and, additionally, a very pretty one: a dark brow skin, a short afro haircut, a pair of jade green eyes (hence her names, so she tells me), a bright smile and a silhouette... not devoid of shapes, let's say. Of course, I considered dating her the day I met her, but she quickly informed me she was lesbian. Despite that, we stayed good friends, even helping each other to score with girls, even though she found her girlfriend, Caroline, by herself.

"Hey Andrew, how was the day ? Did you score today ?"

"Yo Jade. The day was good, although no, nothing happened on the love side."

"Aww shucks, and here I was telling Cal that being an independent photographer would help you. Didn't you have something with... whats her name..."

"You mean Cherry ?"

"Yeah, Cherry ! I thought she was going to stop by the shop today."

"We just talked a little the other day, nothing serious yet. And she called in the morning, she had an impediment, she'll swing by next week."

"I'm crossing fingers for you."

"Thanks. And you, how's Caroline, nothing planned ?"

"She's fine, we're gonna spend the week-end together."

"Say hello to her for me."

"Will do." said Jade. "It's your turn to prepare dinner tonight."

"I know." I said, before noticing on the television a documentary about animals. "You're watching wildlife documentary now ?"

"There's nothing better to watch. Did you know that ostriches can run up to 43 miles per hour ?"

"I am afraid not."

After preparing pasta bolognese, we both ate dinner learning about fauna and flora, before going to sleep.
