The World Everyone Despises

Have you ever had a weird dream? One that no matter how many times you live the same scenario, there is always something different, but you could never see the end of it? A dream where you felt stuck to a place and you could never choose the right answer that would get you out of it? Yes? No? No matter, in any case, you seem to have signed up for a trip without knowing.

The wind blows lightly around you, waving the grass around you. You can already feel the peace as it cools you from the sun hitting your face. It's a warm day, and you can smell the scent of sweet flowers coming with the wind, and then you open your eyes and say out loudly:

"What the hell is this? Where am I?"

You seem to have woken from a nap… Confused as you look around… Where is this place? Why are you here? Is this a dream?

As you ponder in confusion, you take some time to look at your surroundings:

You seem to be in the middle of a large field, in a grassy plain that climbs ever so slightly upwards towards the north, where it meets what seems to be a pretty large city, with numerous houses around… It's pretty far so you have a hard time trying to see more clearly, but the only conclusion you have is that it must be bustling with people… Surely someone might be able to help you right?

Looking East of it, there seems to be a large forest with several different types of trees. It might also have some food that will definitely help you, and by the size of it, you are sure to find people there too!

Now looking in the opposite direction of that forest, there seems to be what looks like a wall, a gigantic wall made by the enormous trees bustling with energy. Their roots are thick and their leaves are tall, really tall. With several vines hanging from the branches and logs, and lots of mushrooms and smaller plants also growing in between. The leaves from the trees are really thick and numerous, which makes the place gloomy because of how little sunlight pierces through them. This jungle seems like a very fertile place, maybe you could explore it and find something or someone interesting?

But what's behind you?

After turning around, you can see the place lowering more and more, until it reaches a beach, and the ocean. Miles and miles of unending water to all sides, as long as your eyes can see. Maybe you could find someone there? Maybe a ship that could get you home? They say that knowing what sea you are on is the first step to going back home, whatever this might mean, but perhaps you could give it a try?

Or you could just follow a bit more to the southeast and reach what seems to be a village? A farm village that sits around on the low ground of the plains? It's the closest place from where you are right now, and they say that rural people normally are the humblest and most peaceful, and you'd probably want to meet peaceful people right?
