The Wishing Box

The Wishing Box

Be careful what you wish for...

Chapter 1 by Smutlord_Supreme Smutlord_Supreme

Long ago, the Demon Lozengar terrorized the world with his incredible magical powers. He was a cruel tyrant, with an endless appetite for all things foul. He fucked a hundred women a day, drank a lake of wine in a week and engaged in all sorts of other foul debaucheries. He was a black-souled villain of the lowest order.

He terrorized the kings of the Earth for many years until one day, a collection of powerful priests, mystics and wise men banded together and tried to defeat him. They were no match for him, for all their magicks were nothing compared to his awesome power. But Lozengar had a weakness- he was proud. As such, when he defeated all those who came against him, a brave and wise village girl managed to trick him into trapping himself inside a magical chest. Those who survived the battle then came to her aid and cursed the box, trapping Lozengar inside.

Thus, peace was restored and the world was saved. But Lozengar still found a way to continue his reign of terror. He tricked the same girl into modifying the curse, so that he could grant the wishes of the box's owner. Lozengar claimed that he wanted to try and make up for the suffering he had caused, but in reality this is his attempt to engineer a situation where he can be free once more. It is also a convenient way for him to get on those terrible humans for cursing him. Lozengar will grant your wish, but you should be careful what you ask for.

The rules of Lozengar's curse are as follows.

  1. Lozengar must grant the wishes of whoever holds or controls the box. However, he only needs to grant the letter of the wish and not the spirit. Furthermore, if he interprets the wish differently than his master but he or she doesn't explain that, then he is free to allow his interpretation to override his master's.
  2. Lozengar must obey all the orders of the person who holds or controls the box.
  3. Lozengar can only grant 1 wish per person per day. Ex: Sarah can only make 1 wish per day, but if she gives the box to Carol, Carol can make a wish.
  4. Lozengar cannot cause something impossible to happen, nor can he alter the physical laws of the universe. He can't make black white and/or up down. Additionally, he is barred from making any wish that would destroy the world or the universe, though he could inflict large amounts of suffering.

Lozengar resents his binding and seeks to free himself, so he can resume tormenting mankind for his own amusement. He cannot free himself from the box, the only way he could be free is if someone freed him. And no one would be that stupid, right? Up until that point, Lozengar busies himself with using his powers and the short-sightedness of mortals to torment them. He will give you exactly what you ask for, but it won't be what you actually want.
