The Rite of Omnipotence

At the age of 13 you had discovered an old book in your attic. When you tried to open it you heard a voice inside your head saying "Child are you happy?"

After getting over the innitial shock you said "Heeelll no. My ma and pops just split up. How on earth could I be happy?"

The voice chuckled at that and said "Oh I know some ways, but you gotta make me a deal first."

Suspicious of this sketchy behavior you try to detect any possible ill intent in that statement. Finding none, you say "Okay what kind of deal you offering?"

"Simple my child just the souls of your parents and I give you omnipotent power."

Without a moments thought you agreed and carried out the dirty deed.
Five years later you decide to stop being a selfless person (You had not once used your powers for personal gain and thus perfected the world.) and have some fun.
