The Mind and Time Master

His name is John Doe, and he has special powers.

The first power was mind control. All he had to do was to concentrate while speaking to someone, and the latter would turn into his obedient ****.

The second was time manipulation. Basically, he could do anything he wanted involving time. He could stop time and eat a woman's ass in the middle of the street without getting a single reaction. He could then sodomize her for hours without her protesting or even realizing what was going on. He could turn a hot model into an old hag, or a MILF into a toddler. He could even trap people in a time loop and make them repeat a phrase or action.

However, these powers took a lot out of him, and so, in order to regain his energy, he could permanently freeze or hypnotize a woman, making them either a frozen statue or their new hypnotized role forever, which would give John his energy back so he could freeze or hypnotize all over again.

He used these abilities to get back at a few of his bullies from high school. He froze a few people in time, fucked the women that rejected him, and even framed a few of them for crimes they didn't commit. But he recently moved to Hollywood to use his powers on the famous celebrity women of LA. Or any other woman he could find...
