The Invasion

The Altheans were one of the more sophisticated alien races within the galaxy; their sentience beyond that of many others; along with their research and science. Their weakness was their lack of strength, and indeed any physical attributes which made them risk averse in exploration of the galaxy; their average figure being 4ft in height and 6 stone in weight. As a result they turned their attention to science, technology and automation to further propagate their advances through the galaxy. Their probes discovered a planet rich in resources which became their primary interest. The dominant species on this planet was a bi-pedal biological being; with an average sentient ability, but physical structure suited to labour which would support their effort in mining the vast number of uninhabited planets around their native home for precious metals and elements; research also uncovered the physically dominant male sex generated proteins which were rich in elements and healing properties for common Althean medical conditions. That planet was earth. This made conquest and harvesting of this race imperative; however vast automated, mechanical technology would be needed to process these creatures, given their easily ability to physically overpower the average Althean.

Years of research, testing and infrastructure development followed; the Altheans developed full scale mobile processing centres, housed on space stations ready to begin processing and porting thousands of the males from earth. They studied these human males intently to enhance their understanding of every element of the science behind these creatures. They knew as much about the earthlings than the earthlings did themselves; how they needed to be tended to, their optimum nutrition to support their muscles and protein generation; and how to treat their medical impediments. All this knowledge had to be taken and iterated into technical inventions; machines and robots that could process and pacify the males to the Altheans desires.

Pals observations where the facility would need to be jail like; these beings even though they were of low sentience were likely to resist the Altheans intentions. Bi-pedal robotic sentries 7ft tall could be used to enforce orders on the males and ensure compliance.

They often wore coverings to shield themselves from the elements and offer ‘modesty, but there would be no need for these in the thermo regulated ships; and they could be used to conceal implements that might enable resistance. These would need to be removed from the males first. There would then need to be bio-security measures to ensure no un-necessary germs were brought on board from earth. Pal repurposed advanced technology used for conveyor belt manufacturing into a cleaning facility that would decontaminate the males at speed. Pal would also need to attach some form of bonds to the males There would also need to be basic registration for each male, checking health and wellbeing and documenting their medical state.
