The year is 2025, a new trade has come up within the worlds economies, a trade in different infections and biological warfare, whether used by terrorists to cause fear and distraction in the world. Governments as a form of control, or Mad Scientists, and Fetishists who simply want to see the world the way they want it the Organisation cares not where the money comes from only that it does. In this situation it has created multiple different baseline infections that can mutate the longer the general public is exposed to them. The basic and original strains are as follows:

The Futanari: This infection causes the original infected to change whether starting off as a male or a female into a hermaphrodite, with the sex organs of both genders. As well as growing the hips and breasts and adding muscle mass, to cause a gain of strength turning them into slightly larger and more attractive to the infected form, these beings become ravenous seeking only to infect others with their highly infectious fluids. This is the cheapest concoction created by the organisation, it has been unleashed in rural areas before but never quite made it to the mainstream news, even if it came close to it the Organisation would hush them. The increase in libido, happens alongside a decrease in intellect within most of the infected, Their fluids have a highly potent aphrodesiac within it. This was created by the Organisations European Branch.

The Succubus/Incubus/Sinccubus: This infection was originally created through a summoning ritual performed by researchers at the Organisations Base within the East Coast of America. Effects caused by this include an exaggeration of the aspects of the gender of the infected, for example women who depending on what they want to become once the corruption has taken hold become either Succubus or Sinccubus. They then gain in their shape, their legs lengthening, ass tightening up expanding, as breasts enlarging as well as a general change in their appearance to what the infected views as most seductive within their own gender, as well as their orientation switching to bi-sexual, and control over various pheromones which can be used to alter the behaviour of baseline humans from that part forth, these pheromones are shared by all three forms. The Incubus, is also turned Bi-sexual in the transformation, These specimen gain in size, muscle growth and length of their member, they also gain complete control over it, choosing when to be hard or soft. Certain humans when infected can become Sinccubus, these infected are predetermined through an unknown cause when they are human for this mutation, which causes them to gain the appearance of a Succubus with the added muscle growth and member of incubus. All of these strains have both a human, which is an exaggerated form of their previous selves, in Succubus and Incubus cases, as well as a feminine body in the case of Sinccubus with a fully grown male appendage, in extremely rare cases the opposite a masculine body with female appendages. While in demonic form they gain Wings and a tail, these tails are usually around three to five feet long and are tipped with a penis head, as well as their skin turning various different shades of red, ranging from bright to almost ebon black. The initial infection is spread through an injection of blood from the originally summoned demon, and does create a connection with hell and its leaders, transformation begins in a host after ejaculation. Intelligence is seen to stay around the same, but they gain an almost preternatural will to turn others as well as an evil cunning.

Vampirism: This infection is slightly different than the others, in that those infected by it are much more rational. The transformative aspects of this include a moulding of the body while in transformation, enhancing natural aspects of beauty within the body. The one who turns the second becomes known as the sire, the turned becomes known as the childe, these infected have been seen to create societies that exists under the surface of many societies manipulating the actions of them. It has been theorised that the Organisation used to be a simple pharmaceuticals company until it was infiltrated by a hive of this form, causing the corrupting of their research into what it is today, there are many strains of vampirism, but the organisations open records on such things are vague adding to my suspicion that they are in control.
