The Culver World

In the near future, two important inventions by Dr. Culver will drastically change the relationship between men and women. First, the Culver Procedure is a simple, non-invasive medical procedure that greatly enhances brain function. It turns its recipients into geniuses. It can only be performed on men. It will inevitably be universally applied-

Secondly, universal barrier treatment completely blocks transmission of contagious diseases- including sexual transmission. This treatment can only be applied to women. All women who take the drug experience an undiagnosed side effect- an increase in libido. In some women this is almost unnoticeable; in some it is tremendous.

The impacts on society are tremendous. A post-scarcity society with constant resolutions of scientific and technological problems is created. Wars end, diseases are cured, and economic depressions are eliminated all because every man in the world is on the same intellectual wavelength.

At the same time, women's rights are losing ground. They are increasingly regarded as stupid, horny playthings for men. Employers do not wish to hire less intelligent people for intellectual work, or weaker people for the few jobs remaining that require physical labor. Women lose ground economically, and fewer stores target them as a market- instead choosing to address the men that are presumably supplying them with cash. Women are generally not admitted to academic programs, as they are presumed unable to keep up with higher level work.

What is above is the canon. If you wish to write in this universe, treat it as gospel.

Below is a possible timeline of events. Different areas and cultures will treat women with small variations on this theme, so small inconsistencies should not be criticized. However, try to keep the world realistic. Please title any chapters with the year, followed by "P.C." (Post Culver). It is understood that you may not follow this timeline exactly, and characters in this genre may push the envelope of what they can get away with. We are all writing with one hand. However, you should not have public rape orgies in the year 1 P.C.

0 P.C.- invention of Culver Procedure and universal barrier treatment.

30 P.C. - women's unemployment rate rises to 25 percent. Bureau of Female Affairs created to address unique female issues. University enrollment is 85 percent male.

60 P.C.- Women's unemployment now at 45 percent. University enrollment is 95 percent male. Creation of "female vocational institutes" to increase women's education in areas where they are likely to have jobs. Originally these will be menial tasks like cleaning, but increasingly as the decades go on will turn towards sexual trades.

64 P.C.- Women's employers and educational institutes may require "appropriate feminine attire". This generally moves in the direction of dressing for the male gaze.

90 P.C.- in a landmark case, it is clarified that "appropriate feminine attire" includes undergarments.

100 P.C.- Corporal punishment is legalized for female prisoners.

110 P.C.- Corporal punishment is legalized for female employees and vocational institute students.

114 P.C.- Prostitution is universally legalized. Prostitutes are required to be registered under a licensed business. Generally speaking, only males have the capital and expertise to create such businesses.

143 P.C.- 80 percent of female employees are required to perform sexually in some way.

165 P.C.- the mask is off. "Females Are For Fucking Act" is passed. Women no longer have rights. All women are regarded as property of the state. They are not permitted to own property themselves. A system is created to fairly distribute sexual privileges among the male population.

199 P.C.- attractive women are created by mass cloning. Each man has a harem of his own.
