The Book

Your name is John Doe and you have always been "into" mind control ever since you read the book "The Depths of The Human Mind" by an author you cannot even remember. Another big contribution in your interest in the field of mind control was your grandfather Kent Doe, he was a master of the art of mind control.

"I just want to be like Grandfather", you would always say to your father Jim Doe. "He was always able to get his way, shit he was president of his company on his first day on the job, haven't you ever wanted to be like him?"

"Listen John, I am going to tell you this, my father was a great person when it came to mind control and judging character, but he was, quite frankly a big asshole."

"But father, he could have anything he wanted to have, and THAT is what interests me."

"John I was thinking that too when I was younger because it interested me too and I asked my father to teach me how to do it."

FLASHBACK

"Father How do you control peoples minds, please tell me, I could use it to get good marks in school."

"Listen Jim, it takes certain qualities to be able to do what I do, however son, you do not have those qualities, and that is why I cannot teach you, but your son however would be able to do it with a little bit of work, so when he turns 18 give him this key and take him to this trunk and he will be able to learn."

"What is in the trunk father?"

"I cannot tell you Jim."

BACK TO THE PRESENT

"Now John, here is the key my father told me to give you."

John Doe went up to the attic and saw a very old dusty trunk, John walked up to the trunk and used the old key to open it.

Inside was an old dusty book which was titled "The Art of Mind Control" by Kent Doe.

There was also a note, it read "Inside this book lays the key to unlocking the human mind, use it wisely John I know that you will be able to do this because you have shown the qualities since you were a little child and I know you will use this book to succeed in life."

"John.....John.....John GET DOWN HERE ITS TIME TO GO TO SCHOOL."

School was long and boring that day, you wanted so bad to just leave and go read the book.

After school you rush up to the trunk and grab the book.
