The Amulet

This story begins with recent High School graduate Amanda. She just turned 18 years old a few months ago. One day Amanda decides to go on a shopping trip to the mall and fines an antique store that changes her life forever. This is her story.

On one gloomy Friday June afternoon, a bored 18 year old Amanda is home alone. She is by herself at home while her mom was at work. Amanda stands at 5.8 125 pounds, 36C size breast, blonde hair and blue eyes. Amanda is in the living room channel surfing but has no luck on finding anything on the television to watch. Then all of sudden Amanda notices her phone goes off with a sound. Amanda picks up the phone and see that she just received a text her from her mom.

In the text message, Amanda's mom is asking her if she has an outfit already for her cousin wedding that is two weeks away. Amanda replies back not yet. Amanda mom then texts back that the new mall just open that replace the old mall that was torn down two years ago.

With nothing good on the television, Amanda decides to drive to the mall to see what stores are open. She grabs her purse and puts her phone in the bag and heads to the front door. Amanda walks the short distance to her park car in the drive way.
