Star Wars: Rebellion Reborn

The Clone Wars have ended and with it also came the end of The Separatist, The Trade Federation, and even more shocking, The Jedi Order. In the final days of the war the newly appointed Emperor Palpatine announced to all that the Jedi had attempted to seize power and had made an attempt on his life. With a promise to protect the galaxy from further war and acts of terror the republic with abandoned with thunderous applause. However while a vast majority was in favor of this decision, a few senators immediately began to speak in secret, vowing to destroy this newly founded empire and restore the republic and the democracy that was lost.

Years passed by and Emperor Palpatine made good on his promise, any remaining resistance to his rule was swiftly being crushed. The Clone Army of the republic was re-purposed into a loyal, brutal, and efficient now known as storm troopers. The remaining Jedi continued to try, and fail, to take down Emperor Palpatine himself, being killed with ease by his new apprentice Darth Vader. By the time ten years had passed it seemed like all hope was lost to stop the Galactic Empire but one group continued to grow and they decided it was finally time to take a real stand and fight to restore what was lost.

Simply known as the rebellion, a group of all races, and species banded together to fight against tyranny. Most had seen what the Empire had done behind the scenes of the public and they knew the cruelty of what they did to those who didn't fall in line or fit into the vision of the Emperor. The leaders pulled together on a secret meeting on the planet of Alderaan, deciding where and how they were going to make their first strike against them. They didn't have much of an army, many allies, or even a fleet, but every journey starts with one step and it was time to make it. Among these leaders were a few of the original senators, a couple leaders of planets that were now being terrorized by they empire, and one person destined for greatness...
