Solomon's Ring

Long ago a fabled Goldsmith forged a mighty ring engraved with the powerful Seal of Solomon, which granted it with the magical ability of Absolute Authority over all things, In other legends It is even referred to as Word is Law. This power allowed it's bearer complete authority over all things Heaven and Hell, as well as those realms in between.

The gift was truly fit for a king, but not merely any king. But the aforetitled King Solomon himself, who used it wisely to strengthen his rule over all of the world. However one day his Djinn servant Asmodai tricked him by asking his master to borrow the ring, and that he would show Solomon what a Djinn or Demon would do with such a ring.

Much to the King's surprise however the Djinn threw the Ring into the sea and losing it forever. Before turning into a miasmic shadow that stretches from Earth to sky while mocking the King. And turning on him trapping his former master within the fabled Tomb of Eternity.

The now liberated Djinn turned to the heavens and began to rule the cosmos as one of the more powerful of Solomon's former servants he easily took over dominion of the dimensions beyond our own. Sealing our realm off from the mythical beings who may Try to find and steal the lost Ring which would give them the upper hand against him even if he was in open conflict with the aggressor.

However he didn't plan on a measly mortal being the agent of his demise, to which one of his Adversaries had already set a plan in motion. Even from outside the mortal realm the Queen of Sheba cast her influence to locate and guide the Ring to the hands of one simply uncomprehending corporeal being such as your oblivious self, now destined to overthrow the usurper-king of the universe.
