“Let me tell you Tom, you are a lucky man with a girlfriend like that.”, my sleazy old landlord pats me on the back. We are smoking a cigarette on the balcony. We both look through the glass doors and see my girlfriend doing yoga in our bedroom. She is unaware of our presence.

Normally I would knock the guy out but seeing as we are renting this place from him, I let it slide. This 70-year old landlord owns the whole house and rents out the top floor to us. Although he is using the shower upstairs since that is the only shower in this whole house. Ever since we moved in about a month ago, he always takes a shower right after her. He often sits in front of the door just waiting for her to finish and always chats with her when she comes out with a towel wrapped around her.

Before we moved in, he did clarify that he would use the balcony of our bedroom to smoke sometimes. We didn’t feel comfortable with this but seeing as I smoke too, which is rarely accepted by landlords, it seemed a pretty good deal.

In the beginning already my girlfriend, Ashley, felt somewhat uncomfortable having this old grandpa looking at her, not even trying to hide the fact that he is looking at her ass. I tried to convince her that he’s just a harmless old widower who misses female attention, besides, the rent is cheap so perhaps he is allowed to look sometimes…

After a few weeks she started feeling more comfortable actually seeing him every now and then. The first time he chatted with her after she took a shower, they just had a friendly chat. The landlord noticed that she took her clothing inside the bathroom and it got a bit wet from the shower. He kindly suggested her that she should just lay it outside at the door. Soon after that she did as he said.

Everything seemed okay until today. As my girlfriend is finishing up her yoga work out, Jack, the landlord is still looking at her ass while she is bending forward to pick her stuff up. Her shorts leave very little up to imagination. “Phew, if I were younger, I wouldn’t let go of her ever. I hope you can satisfy her enough, otherwise just sent her my way, will ya.”, he grins.

I finish up my cigarette and tell him to shut up about my girlfriend. Although I can’t push it too far since I don’t want to get kicked out, I don’t want him to see my girlfriend like this. I reach for the handle to go inside but he grabs my hand with such that I can barely move.

“Uh uh”, he said while using his free hand to do a ‘nono’ sign. “Here comes the best part.” He takes out his phone and starts filming.

Ashley cleans up her stuff and gets ready for the shower. Still unaware she starts to undress, giving us full view of her big sweaty ass and pussy. She walks away and enters the bathroom.

“Yup, gonna add this to my spank bank!”, my landlord exclaims. I look at him and see a big bulge in his pants…
