Special Containment Procedures:

Agents are to observe any and all active incidents of SCP-XXX. Agents are not to interfere with SCP-XXX except as part of well controlled testing. In the event SCP-XXX undergoes a hostile event, all assets are to pull back to maximum observable distance and cease any and all interaction with the anomaly. Any Agents who are unable to pull back are to be considered lost unless they exit the anomalous area on their own.

Agents involved in testing must be treated with Class G Anti-Mimetics and equipped with a mobile Scaranton Reality Descriminator. Note that this will only act to preserve the mental state of the agent and their observation equipment; all physical effects will still occur. SRD must be equipped with a timed shut off; in the event it is needed to prevent a hostile event, agents are to turn off there SRD and allow themselves to be absorbed into the scenario. Timers default to 24hrs. Observing agent external to the area shall have the ability to veto reactivation indefinitely if needed.

Following Incident Samolthrace, no D-Class are permitted in experimentation without direct authorization of the O-5 council. Unless otherwise specified, D-class are not to be treated with anti-mimetics, and will thus be lost SCP-XXX.

The dissemination of material generated by SCP-XXX is not to be impeded. Interference with distribution of SCP-XXX originating material will cause it to enter a hostile state. So long as materials are not fully banned, limited restrictions (such as age or membership in a pay site)have not been found to trigger hostile events, so long as the restrictions are not so onerous as to prevent distribution to at least 10,000 people. This number represents availability; SCP-XXX has not shown any preference for actual viewing numbers.

The designation "SCP-XXX" is not to be changed. Attempting to give this article a proper designation has resulted in immediate hostile events at all ongoing instances.

When a hostile event occurs, Containment class will be temporarily changed to Keter. Disruption class may also be changed as needed.

Description:

SCP-XXX incidents involve the formation of zones of altered reality. These zones are generally centered on an individual (designated SCP-XXX-A) and limited to anything within their ability to perceive (via sight, sound, smell, etc.), but can also encompass a fixed area. No pattern has been determined concerning the disposition of this effect. The number of active incidents shows no pattern. No more than 23 simultaneous instances have been observed, but this does not constitute a hard limit.

Within the boundaries of an SCP-XXX incident, reality obeys altered rules of causality and logic. The extent of these variations changes dependent on the instance, from almost baseline with only slight behavioral alteration within the zone to full limited distance reality bending. Although the intensity of the changes varies wildly, they all have a common factor: SCP-XXX-A is constantly and comparatively easily subject to engage in pornographic sexual activity, and may be subjected to varying levels of "porn logic"; that is situations inevitably and with no normal logical cause and effect, leading to pornographic sexual activity.

Anything entering the active zone of SCP-XXX will alter to fit the "narrative" and "story conventions" within. Any individuals entering the zone who are not of age to participate in sexual activity (18 years old) will be immediately and seamlessly aged to at least 18 years of age upon entry. Aside from those underage, most individuals who enter the zone become younger (down to the 18 year old lower limit) and extremely physically attractive. While this effect is not always seen in some of the lower distortion environments, anyone who will later engage in anything sexual will always undergo this transformation. It is unclear if the transformation happens because they will so engage or if, since they will have later engaged in this activity, the transformation is reverse-causally induced. Transformation is mostly random, however it has been observed that if the individual is one that SCP-XXX-A remembers, they will transform the same way each time; tendency to have this occur puts an individual in danger of become SCP-XXX-B. Any objects or signals, including auditory, visual light, and olfactory, will alter to be consistent with the internal state of the scenario on entry, and revert to what they would have been on exit, making observation of SCP-XXX events without special equipment impossible. Thus it is impossible for SCP-XXX-A to observe anything from beyond their area, and most believe the entire world is as it is within their zone, although some have been observed to speculate that they are unsure if the effect continues beyond their ability to perceive. Reality modularization attenuators must be used to observe instances form the outside.

Anything exiting SCP-XXX, whether passively (by the boundary moving) or actively (by moving or being moved through the zone boundary) will revert to normal, with full, seamless, and consistent and perfectly normal history accounting for time spent inside the zone, including manifesting objects or other items needed for consistency. Memories of those involved in the events that were to have occurred while inside the zone will remember it as well, though occasional physical inconsistencies have been noticed. No person outside the zone, unless protected with Anti-Mimetics, can notice anything odd or unusual about the disappearance or absence of any individual for the duration of their time within the zone.

The degree of consciousness of SCP-XXX-A instances is highly variable. Some instances are fully unaware of anything unusual and will proceed as though reality is completely normal, while others are fully aware of the strangeness of their situation compared to baseline reality and will attempt to find out what is going on. Other individuals inside the zone will not by default notice anything wrong, but in some cases SCP-XXX-A has been able to make them realize what is going on, depending on the "scenario". The control SCP-XXX-A instances have is also variable, from unwilling participant (the events happen to them and they cannot do anything) to full control (effective reality bending within the zone, within the limits of the scenario).

While 99% of other individuals will wander in and out of the zone naturally, if a person becomes integral to the "story line" of an instance, they will become an instance of SCP-XXX-B. SCP-XXX-B are only animate within perception of SCP-XXX-A. At all other times they will stand passively "off-stage", waiting to reenter the story. They will alter and possess all memories and items appropriate to what they are supposed to have done while quiescent, and can teleport so as to "enter" from the right location for "story line" consistency. SCP-XXX-B instances appear to be fully sentient when active; agents have tried to interact with them when "off stage" but have received no response (this is no longer permitted, following triggering a hostile event). Others within the zone appear unable to perceive quiescent SCP-XXX-B, but will avoid them unconsciously.

SCP-XXX instances record and broadcast events that take place within in various mediums. Where appropriate/expected, extensive accompanying material (photoshoots, etc.) are also generated. Comics, videos, and text based stories have all been observed, with physical mediums (books, cassettes, DVDs, etc.) spontaneously papering in warehouses, distribution centers, and retail locations without any persons finding them unusual, or content appearing on websites without apparent source.

It is estimated 80% of worldwide pornography is the result of SCP-XXX. Content generated by SCP-XXX is always of "professional" quality' as of [Redacted], there are no known professional pornography companies actually in existence, having all been driven out of business by non-existent pornographic studios and businesses which are the known 'producers' of this content, but which do not actually exist. Any and all conventions of the 'pornographic industry' are instances of SCP-XXX, and all starts and producers are SCP-XXX-A or SCP-XXX-B instances. It is unclear when this replacement began, however no actually pornographic studios or actors have been positively confirmed after [Redacted].

Attempts to interfere with SCP-XXX instances will result in the instance entering a Hostile state. Actions to avoid include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to restrict or censor any content generated by SCP-XXX preferentially beyond the above allowed restrictions
• Trying to prevent access by civilians, except where the majority of those are underage
• Attempts to restrict the movement of SCP-XXX-A instances beyond those also effecting the general populace
• Interaction with SCP-XXX-B instances while dormant
• Attempts to harm SCP-XXX-A or SCP-XXX-B instances

In some instances, attempts to tell SCP-XXX-A what it happening will also result in hostile reaction; this appears to depend on the specifics of the scenario, so this is not to be attempted without express authorization.

When hostile, the zone will expand until the offending activity ceases, with all persons who were involved in the activity and were absorbed becoming SCP-XXX-B instances. Scenarios tend to alter such that offending individuals are aware (when "on screen") and are put in unpleasant situations for their part in the story. Distortion level may increase to accommodate this (such as near baseline moving to reality warping to explain how SCP-XXX-A can suddenly have slaves). Expansion will cease and gradually contract back to original dimensions once the activity is stopped (intent can be detected) and at least one person involved has been absorbed (willing participant, "sacrificing" D-Class has no effect). Because the extent of expansion is unknown, this is considered a risk for a CK scenario.
