The Warrant of Trade!

A precious piece of paper bestowing upon its owner god like powers over the fate of man, beast, and Xenos. Those blessed with these warrants have the title of Lord Captain, and can wage war, settle planets and exploit the Xenos races of the galaxy all for the good and glory of The Imperium. They are free from that taboos of decorum, forbidden technology, mutants and aliens alike in their quest for profit and to reunite the lost civilizations of man under the Emperor’s banner

These great heroes, these legends are about to have their wills tested as they enter The Roaring Vortex, a swirling collection of stars and planets riddled with dangers no ordinary mortal would dare to conquer. But where there is danger, there is profit. The Roaring Vortex holds lost planets, treasures and opportunities not seen anywhere else in the bloody galaxy.

But can any treasure compare to the true danger of the vortex? Within its swirling, churning tides exist a host of Demons. The Comment Section, a motley alliance of perverts, weirdos, and heretics, yearning to see our heroes brought low, humiliated and fucked.

You dear reader, are those very demons.

Our Rogue Trader will be assailed with intrusive compelling thoughts sent to them by you, via your comments. But these are men and women of the Imperium of Man, not decadent dandies from the dark age of technology. They will resist each and every command to the best of their abilities. Each suggestion will have its own challenge rating the rogue trader will roll to resist. The more outrageous, out of character, or heretical a suggestion, the easier it will be to resist.

However each time a character slips up, they will gain a point of corruption, making every following command harder and harder to resist.

The voices will be nameless entities, but every ten points of corruption a new identity will form within the rogue trader’s mind with a specific agenda they wish to enact.

But first we must determine, what good and great soul has been granted the warrant of trade? Who will be sent out into the vortex to cleanse and conquer, to cavort and corrupt?
