A parasite is spreading rapidly and over the last few days, things have started to shut down as people turn into animals. These animals are anthropomorphized, but they seem incapable of a lot of things humans can do and while they can be convincing, they aren't actually that smart.
You and some of your friends have been hiding out in a bunker one of your friends had, they were a doomsday preppers. That friend turned into an anthro wolf a few days ago - their head reduced to a cock - when they went out for supplies. You aren't sure how they got it or when/if they turned before then, but based on some other observations, you have concluded that it is transferred from bodily fluids.
Nor you or your 3 friends have been out for a supplies run since your doomsday prepper friend was claimed by the parasite and your food supplies are dwindling.
