It's the year 3001, the climate is getting even worse, pollution is destroying the environment, resources are dwindling and food is becoming scarce. The world's countries are facing several crisis simultaneously but there is one crisis has the potential to push humanity into extinction.

It began in the early 2030s when fertility rates first started declining. Scientists noticed males were producing less and less viable sperm, making it impossible to conceive children. To make matters worse, the children who were born were skewed heavily female and the male population began to dwindle. Even with the latest IVF technology, those affected with the disease could never reproduce. Except for you!

You are among the rare few males born who was not afflicted by the so called "eunuch's" disease. There are only a few hundred of you left, but combined with the remaining sperm stockpiles it just might be possible to save humanity. However, because the world is at stake, the most powerful people and organisations are competing with each other over who gets to distribute your sperm and how. For now at least, you still have a choice about which faction you wish to work with. But be careful though, your choice will have significant consequences for humanity so choose wisely.

The weirdest faction by far would have to be "WFO" aka the World Fuck Organisation. This group is made up of the world's most talented scientists, engineers, thinkers and political leaders. They've claimed that they've perfected the art of cryostasis, basically they want to freeze you and unfreeze you every few of decades in order to give scientists time to figure out a cure for eunuch's disease, or at least a countermeasure. WFO's top geneticists will be working on creating human/animal hybrids like cat-girls, cow-girls and such, in order to breed resistance into the human genome. Unrelated but still important, WFO is also working on medical advancements in breast/ass augmentation, libido enhancing and special hydrophobic spray that allows for better collection of semen from walls, bedsheets, mouths and anal cavities.

The faction that by far offered you the most amount of money was the "Save Carthage Foundation". Based in New York, USA, these people represent the top 1% of the world. If you decide to work for them, you will be offered a base salary of $500,000 per year with opportunities for promotion and bonuses for hard work. Of course, you won't be cranking your shaft in a sad closet to some dated porn videos. A man of your worth can only be serviced by some of the finest escorts and whores money can buy.

During the crises of Eunuch's Disease, a new religion formed centred around their new-found prophet, you! They call themselves the "Fertile Church" and they believe that you were chosen by god to repopulate the Earth with your seed. They believe that science and modernity has cursed humanity's spirit and that by returning to the old ways they can save the world. Followers of the Fertile Church believe if they give their bodies and souls to you, you will produce a son who will not be afflicted by the curse.

Basically, this story is a like a gender-swapped Handmaid's Tale except you can pick how it plays out. Enjoy!
