Office

Chapter 1 by the_emperor the_emperor

Ryan leaned back in his chair thinking. Should he really go through with his plan? Would she even fall for it at the start? If his secretary did, he would be very happy man. If not, he would be in big trouble. He had waited two years for the opportunity to come up and his secretary suddenly was married. Thinking the opportunity was gone for good, it suddenly reemerged as quickly as it had when he learned of his secretary and her husband's situation. He smiled. He couldn't pass this up. He readied himself.

Kayleigh Parker sat her desk much as most secretaries do. As she ran her hand through her blonde hair, she wished things weren't so boring. Little did she know how much she later wanted to take that wish back.

She had been working at her current company for around two years now under the company's owner, thirty-one year old Ryan Green. In the process she had gotten married recently and unfortunately she and her husband were seeing difficult times lately.

Both had full time jobs and were barely making ends meet. She hated her job, but it was better than nothing and she defintely needed it. Without it, they would be unable to survive financially.

Kayleigh heard her desk phone beep. She picked it up.

"Yes sir?" Kayleigh asked.

"Can you come in my office for a minute?" Ryan asked.

"I'll be right in," Kayleigh answered. They hung up and Kayleigh entered his office. "Did you want to see me?"

"Yes," Ryan replied. "Shut the door and have a seat."

Kayleigh obeyed.

"Kayleigh," Ryan continued, "you've been working for me for two years now and you've done your job well. I'll cut to it and say unfortunately, I'm going to have to fire you."

Kayleigh nearly stood in shock.

"What?" she asked. "But I need this job!"

"I know," Ryan replied. "Do you really want to keep your job?"

"Yes I do," Kayleigh replied. "Without it my husband and I would sink in bills. We'd be finished."

"Well," Ryan said. "I'll tell you what. I won't fire you under one condition."

"What?" Kayleigh asked. "Tell me!"

Internally, he smiled. He was lying, of course. He had no intention of firing her. Not really anyway. So long as she went along.

"Kayleigh," he said, "you're a very beautiful woman. One I've wanted since the day I hired you. If you have sex with me as much as I want, and do what I want, you'll keep your job."

Kayleigh went pale.

"You can't be serious."

"Very."

"I want my job, but not that much," Kayleigh finally said angrily. She stood. "You can take this job and keep it. I'll look elsewhere."

Ryan leaned back.

"Oh, you can try," Ryan said. "But you can be sure that I'll make sure you won't find one around here any time soon. You forget I have access to your records. No one will think to find out the truth of anything I write."

Kayleigh remained silent. She knew he was right. He would do that and she would never find a job. If she didn't do as he wanted, she was as good as gone and likely by the time she found a job, her marriage would likely be finished.

But he was asking her to cheat on her husband. If her husband found out, would he understand? What kind of choice was this?

"So, what is your choice?" Ryan asked. "Have sex with me and keep your job or leave?"

Kayleigh thought. Biting her lip, she made her decision.

Does Kayleigh Decide To Have Sex With Her Boss Or Quit?
