Nurse-ery

Phyllis sighed softly as she walked to her car. After twelve hours on her feet at the hospital, the nurse wanted nothing more than to get home, eat a salad, and go to sleep. When she’d been younger, she would have tried to hit the gym, but even at 34 she was starting to feel the impact of the long nights, and she was plenty fit. She could do it in the morning.

Unfortunately for Phyllis, her night was just getting started. Two people were standing at the car next to hers, pretending to have a conversation as they quietly watched her approach.

“Here she comes,” Vicki hissed to her husband. Vicki was in her late thirties, nearly six feet tall and athletically toned, her curves visible even through the deliberately baggy clothing she was wearing as a disguise. She watched Phyllis approach out of the corner of her eye, sizing her up. “Get ready.”

Next to her, her husband Michael nodded, pretending to look for his car keys as he balled up a ****-soaked cloth. He was several inches taller than his wife, bald under the baseball cap he was wearing and built like a truck, and he took a deep, nervous breath as he got ready.

As Phyllis reached her car, she gave a pleasant smile and nod to the couple, and Vicki smiled back. Then, as Phyllis turned to unlock her door, Michael stepped up behind her, reached around, and shoved the balled-up cloth into her mouth.

Phyllis’s eyes shot wide as Michael’s massive hands closed around her, and she screamed into the gag, struggling to breathe as sweet-smelling fumes overwhelmed her. Her cap fell off, and blonde curls cascaded around her head as she shook it ferociously, trying to **** the gag out, but Michael’s hand was over her mouth; between her exhaustion, the surprise, and his massive strength, there was nothing she could do. Vicki came up beside Phyllis as the nurse slumped into Michael’s arms, eyes fluttering faintly.

“Look at the little girl,” Vicki said with a cruel smile, peering down into Phyllis’s eyes. “All tuckered out. Don’t worry. We’re going to take really good care of you.” She looked up at her husband, running a hand over his back. “Pack her up. I’ll get rid of her car and meet you back home.”

Michael nodded. He opened the trunk of his car, and slid a pair of pink fingerless mittens over Phyllis’s hands. The nurse weakly tried to struggle, but the fumes overwhelming her kept her from doing more than vaguely wriggling as he followed the mittens up with cuffs for her wrists, pulling them behind her back, and more for her ankles and knees. Once she was appropriately wrapped up, he gently set her in the back of the car, wrapping blankets around her to keep her from squirming too much. Phyllis moaned as one blanket covered her eyes, leaving her completely in the dark, and Michael responded by tying a cloth around it to hold it tight. “Just take a little nap,” he whispered with false kindness. “When you wake up, you’ll be home.”

The trunk slammed shut above her, leaving Phyllis to writhe in the darkness of the car. She swayed in and out of consciousness, head spinning as she felt it rumble to life and carry her away.

Phyllis tried to focus on getting free, but between the heat of the blankets and the fumes still surrounding every **** breath, her world soon dissolved into a haze of confusion. She didn’t know how long she spent sweating in the dark; when the car stopped and she was lifted out of the trunk, still bound up in blankets, she could barely tell, and as she was carried into her new life, she slowly passed out from exhaustion.

When Phyllis woke up, she was alone in the dark. Her limbs ached, her head was spinning, and everything felt wrong. For a few moments, she laid back on the soft, cool blankets beneath her, piecing together, and then her eyes snapped open as she remembered what had happened and she surged up.
