New Restaurant Manager

Eric grinned a bit as he talked to the new owner of Sampson's Steak Restaurant. He had been working here for over two years under the prior ownership and when the new owner took over most of the senior front of the house members quit or were fired. A few of the lesser servers and hosts remained, but none near the experience that he had. John the new owner looked over the paperwork that they agreed on and then up to Eric with a small smile.

"Looks good" He said, signing next to their agreement. He continued. "We agree to a substantial raise as well as authority over the front of the house. This includes closing the restaurant, the key to the restaurant, hiring, training, and firing of employees. Will also need your help in creating a new wine menu and other aspects of running the establishment. Works for you as well yes?"

Eric nodded, folding up his copy of the papers and putting them into his pocket. "Sounds perfect boss, look forward to this. I can close up if you want to take off. Its been a long first day."

John grinned and nodded, shaking the hand of his newest employee. He then stood up and put on his leather coat, zipping it up in the front. "Perfect, I’ll see you tomorrow then." With that he went to leave the restaurant, Eric locking the doors behind him. Eric then moved back to the office in the back which he shared with the new ownership and the back of the house manager. He took out some papers and looked over what employee's he had left. Being the front of the house, most of them were female.

The first of the three he had left was one of the servers, a friend of his whom he had got the old front of the house manager to hire. Her name was Tanya. She was relatively tall for a female, standing five feet and nine inches with bright blue eyes and long blond hair. Her hair when not put up fell down to her mid back. Her slender frame and her B cub breasts had always caught his attention, although he had never really gotten to be anything more than friends with her. All the employees wore completely black uniforms and were allowed to wear skirts if they so desired. Tanya often desired to do so, but when she didn't she always wore very tight fitting black pants, that did wonders forming around that beautiful ass of hers.

Next was the second of their servers, a shorter than the first with long dark brown hair and extremely large breasts. She was quite a bit more sexually active than the first and a bit more overweight in comparison, but still attractive enough. Just her breasts alone were enough. She always wore tight fitting black tops that showed the outlines of the large breasts perfectly. There had been times he could not help but notice her cleavage, very clearly displayed, in that short cut top of hers. Her name was Beverly.

Finally was a slightly socially unaware female named Bailey. She was a young college student who had just recently been hired before the new management took over. Like Tanya she was relatively tall, standing about the same height, but not as slender as Tanya was. She, like Beverly, had large breasts but she never displayed them as openly as Beverly did. Naive and somewhat innocent, he would always catch her trying to flirt with him, but he never acted on her antics. Perhaps those enticing breasts of hers would change in his mind though in time.

He was looking over other resume's to fill the openings he had while watching the tape of last night’s closing when he heard a giggle on the video. Blinking a bit he looked up, it was at the end of the night and only two of the servers were left closing up the front. Before the new management all of the employees closed, something which was going to change. This video however shoed Tanya and Beverly closing up, and he could not help but pay attention how they were doing it.
