Ms Decadence

Evelyn Petrovich is a Ukrainian born woman who over the period of her early life has seen crime almost constantly. Learning how to manipulate people and to use her wiles to obtain wealth and power in a criminal underworld, she got the nickname of "Ms Decadence" because she typically is seen wearing lavish clothing, such as a shiny gray dress, opera gloves, and smoking from a cigarette holder.

Late in her adolescent life, she began to discover that she had control over the smoke from her cigarettes and over time learned she could even turn herself into a gray cloud of smoke, allowing herself to phase through things. With further training, she even figured out how to change the density of her smoke to create physical clones of herself that could even lift light weights.

Using her powers in the criminal underworld, she has targeted and has been targeted by multiple superheroines. She has been known to use a variety of chemicals in her smoke to create certain aphrodisiac effects to dazzle and sexually confuse certain superheroines. She always loves to sexually humiliate them, fondle them, suffocate them, and weaken them.

At the moment, Ms Decadence is in the weapons smuggling business.
