The moment another user reads your wish, they can think up clever, unusual, and entertaining ways to add a limitation, or they can go as far as to give an entirely new twist to your wish, interpreting your words a new to completely change their meaning. This interactive story is intended to be written as follows:

1. The first user comes up with a story prompt in the first chapter. Their protagonist is written in first person. Only in the first chapter does the author explain how the protagonist came across the Monkey Paw App, allowing for some world building at the very start of the story. Was it an advertisement they saw on their phone? Did their friend suggest it? Did somebody else grant a wish by involving the protagonist?
2. At the end of the story prompt, the protagonist enters a wish into the app.
3. A second user grants the wish in a follow-up chapter, though they do so by adding a limitation. For example: user 1, as the protagonist: "I wish for 100 dollars." User 2, in response: "wish granted, but the sudden appearance of 100 dollars in your bank account makes you the primary suspect in a criminal police investigation, leaving you at the mercy of several ambitious police officers."
4. The first user, or anybody else at that, builds a story around the protagonist whose wish is granted with a twist, describing how their life is altered because of the wish, expanding on how they experience their new predicament, and depending on their reaction, what they end up doing in hopes of resolving or dealing with their new situation.
5. Repeat everything starting from step 2 to continue the story.
