Mommy's diaper sissy

This is my first story and would really appreciate your input on the story if I'm making literary mistakes please tell be if I'm not differentiating the characters properly making it difficult please give me an example and a rewrite for the chapter so I can understand what your saying and apply it to the rest of the story.

You wake with a soaked diaper at 19 years old and it did its job it's a Saturday so you don't wake up till 10 you go down just wearing a t shirt and your diaper. mom is in the kitchen she glances at you as you take a seat. She's puts down a plate of scrabbled eggs on toast. As you start eating she says. Now I know your an adult and want to be supportive I know what you've been looking at and that your not happy being the way you are now. Now lie down and let me change you into a fresh diaper, wait what but it's day time. But you accept it and lie down where she does a great job of diapering you. What does she mean she knows I'm not happy does she know I want to wear dresses.
