Marvel Multiverse: Rise of the White Gorilla Cult

It had finally happened. T'Challa, the Black Panther and king of Wakanda, lay on the ground bloodied and defeated before him, his body pinned in place under a heavy rock. All around him, T'Challa could see his forces being routed, proud Wakandan troops fleeing from the combined aggression of the Jabari tribe and the Atlanteans. And above him was the grinning, gloating face of his nation's enemy, M'Baku, the Man-Ape. Cloaked in the fur of a sacred white gorilla, M'Baku had always been a danger to Wakanda… and now he would be its ruler. If T'Challa had time to shudder at the thought, he would.

M'Baku surveyed the battlefield. Wakandan generals had been rounded up and the Dora Milaje with them. Far across the field, King Namor was making short work of the remaining forces. "You can't hold Wakanda forever..." groans T'Challa to his enemy, coughing a bit of blood. M'Baku glances back down at him. "…my nation is too important. The world will want it back."

The towering champion of the Jabari leans down close to the trapped hero and replies with a smirk, "MY nation. And let your friends try to take it, T'Challa. The White Gorilla Cult will break them all." Raising his fists high into the air, he brings them down in a devastating hammer blow, knocking the former king . M'Baku rises, letting out a gorilla howl, and victorious voices all across the battlefield call back, celebrating the rise of the White Gorilla.

(Thanks for reading my first story, everyone. There's a lot of stories about someone conquering the Marvel Universe on here, but I figured mine would have more of an interracial, and maybe , twist.
