It is just another day of work, you get in and turn your equipment on ready for a busy day.
Work has slowly been getting more busy so there was talk of bringing on new staff to help with the increased workflow.
Halfway through the day your manager Knocks ever so slightly on the curtain separating your booth from the rest of the room, you put down your welder and turn around to see the stern face looking down at you.
"How's that job coming along Tom?"
"Nearly done with it, should be completed in a couple hours" you reply.
"That's good, now as you know we have been looking for someone to help with the workload and we found someone to come on as a Trainee".
"Cool, who is it" you say casually as you take a swig from your drink.
"My Daughter Lily, she's shown some interest in this kind of work so we decided to give her a shot"
"Ok" you say again casually but the idea of having a young woman around to perv on make you Eger to meet her.
"Excellent, she'll start tomorrow morning. Please give her the introduction around the site. I have a meeting so I can't do it.
