If He were to Send an Invite to a Private Series of Games To Lucacion, and Rig the Matches to Set Him Up for A Large Debt with High Interest That Accumulated Over Twenty Nine Percent Daily, he could Take Over The Guys Rackets and When He had An Extensively Substantial Debt and No More Control over his Rackets, would "Offer" To Wipe his Debts if he Facilitated a Mid-Hostile Takeover of The Weapons Rackets.
