This is a world is an alternate reality where every female is a futanari, meaning that every girl has an uncircumsized dick, balls, and vagina, there are also no men in this world. With everyone having the same genitalia clothing isn't as important, only worn for protection from the elements, and fashion, on nice warm days it is not uncommon to see women walking around naked.
