I am John Williams, a 34-year old father with two kids aged 7 and 9. I work part-time on programming projects at a software company and substitute at the local college.
My wife, Doe, is 32 years old. She teachers senior high school mathematics. Right now, she is preparing for a three-day field trip with her students. I'll be left with the kids while she is gone.
Liza Davis is a 21-year old college student who rooms at our place. In exchange for the lodging, she helps with the cooking and other household stuff.
Today is also the parents-teachers day at my kids' school. I have to attend this event with the kids. Usually, it's my wife who attends this type of event.
Tomorrow is the deadline for the submission of midterm grades at the local college, where Liza studies, but she is not my student in any of my subjects this term.
