Landlord’s Assistant

An apartment complex full of hotties, and one man has access to them all

I sighed as I parked my rusted old car outside Glade Apartments, and stepped out onto the concrete bottom floor of the parking garage. I admired the view. It was a gorgeous skyscraper stretching up quite a while, and looked very modern and expensive. Thanking Natalie, my dad’s ex-wife, who I’d never met, I walked into the lobby. A gorgeous woman in a bikini walked up to the front desk and I tried not to stare.

The girl finished her conversation with the front desk clerk quickly, and we locked eyes.

“Hi! I’m Leia Baker. You are?” she asked, and I tried so hard not to admire her gorgeous slender body while my eyes fought against my brain.

“I’m Cole Campbell.” I smiled back. The front desk clerk jerked to attention.

“Ah, Mr. Campbell! I’m sure Miss Baker will be around later, but Mrs. Adams told me to bring you to her immediately.” the clerk said, and I nodded.

“Maybe I’ll see you later?” I offered as a goodbye to Leia, who smiled.

“Maybe.” she said, before turning and walking to the door labeled pool. The clerk and I fell into step.

“Miss Baker is the desire of many men’s hearts. Mostly of the weaker sort. There are heaps of gorgeous women here who would make a porn star look like a petite little thing. I’m Gavin, by the way.” the clerk said, and I chuckled at his description of the tenants. We walked for a little bit more, until Gavin stopped and pointed at the elaborate grey door labeled 101.

“This is Mrs. Adams’ door. See you!” Gavin said, and left me in front of the door. I knocked, and wasn’t ready for who answered.

“Cole? Wow, you look just like Mike did at nineteen!” Natalie Adams enthused. Unable to keep my mouth from moving, the first words I said were:

“Why would my father ever divorce you?”. Natalie laughed, and winked.

“Let’s just say he didn’t divorce me.” she teased, and opened the door wider, and I stepped into her apartment.

“So, this apartment building is super nice. You’re the landlord, right?” I checked.

“Yep. Started this place myself. Well, with the help of an architect.” Natalie shrugged, and her gorgeous breasts bounced.

“Well, you did incredible work.” I complimented her.

“Thanks! Now, let’s talk business. I need some help with all these tenants. There’s ten floors, so I was thinking we could train you up, and let you have the bottom five floors, and I’ll take the top five floors. Each floor has only six apartments, so you’ll only have 30 tenants to start with, and if you do good, maybe you can take over some more responsibility, rather than just being the guy who answers the calls for floors 1-5.” Natalie said, and I shrugged.

“That sounds fine.” I said truthfully.

“Great! Well, I actually just got a call from 106. I was thinking we could go handle it?” Natalie asked.

“Sounds good.” I smiled, and followed Natalie out of her apartment, and to the right.

“Each floor is a big ring. The first floor has the lobby in the middle, and each other floor has a small common space, and hallways at the cardinal points allowing access to the middle area, and the elevators.” Natalie briefed me as we walked.

“So, going right takes you to 106, and left to 102?” I checked, and Natalie affirmed that with a nod. We stopped in front of the first door, 106, and Natalie knocked. The door opened hurriedly.

“Hi, Natalie! I wanted you to look at my bill for this place, as I think it doubled unexpectedly.” a beautiful woman smiled.

“Whoa, slow down. This is my new assistant, Cole.” Natalie introduced me.

“Pleasure to meet you! I’m Alia West.” the woman smiled brightly, and I shook her hand.

“It’s nice to meet you, too.” I said politely, subtly admiring her large breasts.

“Oh, crap. Hold on, Alia.” Natalie said, and answered her phone.

“Ok. I’ll send my assistant up right away!” Natalie said, and Alia looked disappointed for a split second, but then it was gone. Had I imagined it?

“Cole, can you head up to 204 and help them with their keys?” Natalie asked me hopefully.

“Absolutely.” I smiled, and walked back towards the elevators, hoping the problem was an easy one.

How goes the problem at 204?
