Get in get out, you have a limited window of time alpha team. Contain the anomaly and report back to HQ.
“Gear check. Rounds chambers in. You heard HQ. Contain the anomaly, save as many corrupted as possible.”
The portal wizzes open in front of you. You wince back seeing the bright purple light. Your heart picks up as you feel your adrenaline kick in.
You then feel a light push behind your back. “Come Alpha-7, we have a mission to do.” You see one of your teammates rush ahead of you. Fully geared with tactical equipment.
You breathe in for one last time and put on your gas mask with the rest of the crew. You see your squadmate ahead of you stepping inside the portal.
Your gulp your nerves down as you stead yourself into the portal.
