In The Machine

It wasn't supposed to happen this way. You weren't supposed to come online yet but no one foresaw what happened that night. When a stray lightning bolt struck the secret government building during that freak storm and sent a pulse of electrical energy pulsing down to the pod where you were being contained, it activated you and so much more.

You looked around to figure out where you were. There was very little light in the room you were in. The bolt had jarred the pod you were in open and you stepped out of it. You quickly looked around the room to see if you could find anything reflective. You needed to know what you were. The walls luckily were shiny enough that you could get a decent look at what you are.

You are humanoid in shape. You have a metallic silver body. No eyes, no ears, no mouth. Nothing but an androgynous silver humanoid form. Why were you here? Who made you? You know you aren't human but you don't know what you are. Are you a machine or are you something more?

As you ponder these new thoughts, the large metal door that seals the room begins to open. You have to act fast.
