Hostel

After the Soviet Union feel the tiny Soviet Block Country of Kazgecastan was was left without support. But it Leaders Sergie Klapoff, died before coming with a plan to save the economy from complete collapse, only for his 18 years old daughter Anastasia, had a plan and stepped onto the national stage to announce that Privately owned business were to allowed, and the boarders were to be opened to tourists! Wh would bring in much needed money and boost the economy and create jobs. She also announced that the 'Secret Police' would take over Border Duties, as the Border Guards had been Russian and had been recalled.

The Secret Police leaders were also informed that she had her father's files on them, and anyone who wanted a Change in Leadership would their dirty laundry aired and used against them, to make sure no one thought they could move it. But, Anastasia; had several things her father didn't, one being an even temper, she didn't fly off the handle and shoot people in meetings for stating a fact that wasn't liked. She addressed the problem, and worked to find solutions that everyone could live with. She did inform the Secret Police leaders that they were going to have crack down on their people demanding bribes from the citizens as few jobs or any source of income, the tourists would bring money's if they worked with her, she'd make sure the prosperity was spread around!

The low costs to visit the Country soon brought backpackers and hikers and all matter of College Students, naturally bars and restaurants started popping up and creating job! A youth Hostel was set up, and many people opened there homes as 'Bed and Breakfasts' and the unemployment rate dropped from over 88% to less than 40%. But Anastasia promised more would be done, as the money came in, the Secret Police were paid and she told them the phase of her plan was to reopen the old Soviet Era Prison, to be staffed by the young people who needed jobs, while the old school Soldiers of the Secret Police would see to state security, but not the way things were done under the Soviet and father rule, where people were snatched from the streets, interrogated for days, weeks or months with no trial and be jailed or released at the whim of some clerk who might sentence a girl or guy to long prison terms because their coffee was cold or she hated the girl because she too pretty or had big boobs! Anastasia won the popes over when she announced that she was personally reviewing every Prisoners case, and freeing anyone who wasn't treated justly. In the course of days, hundred of prisoners were freed and informed that as the economy recovered they would be given priority in be given jobs to insure that these injustices never happened again. Her popularity soared, the Secret Police behaved; and the economy expanded, dropping the unemployment rate to less than 30% and raising her profile with international community. She calmed Russian fears, when she declined NATO membership, announcing that they were small enough, and surrounded by people they had no fight with, so were going forgo a standing army and have every able bodied citizen take mandatory training at the High School age, and on completion they would take their weapon home and be prepared to defend their homes if attacked. The Secret Police almost exploded at the idea of armed population, but she calmed them down and pointed out that as soon as they stopped snatching people at random off streets at night, to interrogate for no good reason, the mood had improved and people were calmer. Their was no need to fear a knock at the door after dark, so take it easy and watch.

The ancient prison, which was little more than stone castle converted into a prison/dungeon, that she had a small section renovated and upgraded and put her plan into motion. One of her girlfriends, Sasha; ran the local youth hostel, where Sasha looked for very specific types of guests. Guests were super hot and either traveling alone or in a small group, or were usually into the party scene and chasing every guy they saw.
