Some years ago.

You were in your late twenties and you had been working in an office for a good three years already. You didn't have many hobbies, but in the weekends you liked to run, watch television and occasionally read a book. Most of your grownup life was lived in an introvert way.

A couple of months ago you were transferred to a different department and one of your new co-workers there was Mike. Mike was an outgoing guy, seemed to have a lot of fun in weekends and even though you were not much like him, he quickly became a friend of such.

After a while he urged you to meet Lisa, she was a woman he had known since high school and he described her as a pleasure to be around with: smart, adventurous and -as Mike said literally- gorgeous. "Perfect for you!" Even though you yourself weren't all that adventurous , you decided to humor Mike when he had arranged to meet up with her and some other friends during lunch break.

Lisa was everything Mike had promised you to be. She was fun to be around with, she laughed at most of your jokes and Lisa was a blond Hollywood-like bombshell. You feared she might have been a little out of your league, but as you met her a couple of times after that first lunch and the two of you seemed to connect, you took faith into your own hands.
