This society was rather different from the one you may be familiar with.
Three common genders roamed the lands of man, but no longer did men rule, not even close.
Just as before, there was males, and there were females, equal portions of the population shared between them, with roughly another third for the futanari, female bodies with male penises.
While other societies had struggled with sexism; misogyny and misandry, this world seemed to have it's own solution.
There was to be one clear superior gender - Futanari, to unquestionably and demonstrably rule the world.
While virtually all futanari were effectively bisexual, most commonly they held a strong preference to have sexual relations with males, and they were not often monogamous or loving, in the traditional sense.
Through ejaculating inside of a male, a futanari had 'bound' him, forever addicting the male to futanari seed, and in particular, her own.
This could often be done nonconsensually, as the males did not usually wish to be bound, but in time they would come to both love and lust after their new owners. As the males were used for pleasure, the females were resigned to being breeders and masturbation toys, necessary to continue the population, but not drawing the same appeal as the males.
Males and Females had little in the way of rights in this society, but the Futanari had found their own way of still managing to make society function.
The males needed to be kept segregated from the rest of society, off in a far away, guarded facility, raised from birth to understand the society they would one day move into, and the expectations and 'opportunities' for them as a male. Many females were kept in their own facilities too, as well as kept as housepets at the home of Futanari.
On binding a male, the Futanari inherited responsibility of ownership. If the Futanari could not afford or did not respect her obligation to raise and keep the male, she would be imprisoned away in a cell, with her male.
On turning 18, Males would be processed and integrated into the open society, resigned to the fate of sooner or later getting bound to a futanari.
