Futa world order

1,000 years ago a sudden and abrupt change happened a genetic mutation changed a select amount of females only 1 in every 100,000 women, the females with this mutation underwent a severe change in there biology there Strength increased with even the weakest ones being able to lift well over 1,900 pounds the same thing with their intelligence most have an iq of at least 180 usually more, not all of them grew in stature but some of them were in the upwards of 9 feet. Their skin raised in density to the point where even most bullets couldn't even phase them. But most likely the strangest of the changes was with there genital they still had their breasts, vulva, and vagina but in addition they now had testicles, and a penis but unlike men the sizes were much bigger the average range being 9½ inches to 12 1/3 inches of course there and ones that are slightly smaller or much bigger the biggest one on record being 17 3/4th inches. Pretty soon after the mutation a new world order was established, as these new breed of humans where to valuable to the human race to piss off, they've got their own set of rules separate from the rest of humanity they are basically aloud to boss almost any normal humans around (a few exceptions) as well as being able to break most if not all minor laws such as **** stealing speeding,& reckless driving and some major laws only really excluding homicide and terrorism. They gained the new name of futa.
