Furrys can be mind controld by humans threw exposer to Humans eyes, genitalia, scent, and most human fluids. Because of this a system was put in place where Anthros and humans are considered equals till an Anthro is collared once a collar has been out on they are legally no more than animals. On the flip side humans are not allowed to leave specialized areas without scent covering perfume specialized glasses and clothing.

Because of this most humans live in large cities with a throw either enslaved or fighting daily just to get by. In smaller towns the racism is less pronounced where they live in harmony.
