Free Use World

In the near future, free-use zones were voted into legislation. There is now a booming red-light zone where sex work and stripping legal and safely removed from those who would prefer to live a less sexually permissive life. But that's not all. This has led to better social unrest overall and as a result, the red-light zones (affectionately hailed as "The Ruby" or "Ruby City") have become areas for many companies to relocate headquarters or set up shop in this area of the city. But that's not the only benefit of living or working in these zones.

For the women and men who choose to enter or stay in these areas, there's free STD screenings, free birth control, free sexual healthcare and most salacious...free use.

No one is **** to engage in free use should they not want and it's only available to citizens who are 21 years of age or older. Those who wish to participate in the free use lifestyle have everything from wristbands to pins to tattoos to indicate their level of participation. There's every flavor from straight, gay, or pan, subs and doms, vanilla and kink, and no wrong way to indulge in sexuality, provided it isn't abusive or breaking comforts of consent. And with so many men and women indulging in their sexual freedom, finding consenting partners is hardly a problem.

The economic opportunities available in the Red-Light Zone means that there are men and women who choose to work or live in the area but don't actively partake in the debauchery occurring all around them. That said, it's not an easy temptation to pass up and few--if any--can resist forever.
