Mr. John Doe, math teacher. You are in your mid-30s, having done this for a while. You have been teaching for so long, you are sick of hearing your name. Every year brings a new challenge, but this one will be the most challenging.

Enter Ariel Konva. A slender girl, brown hair that curls in at the ends. You don’t think much of her at first, but as the year goes on, you start to notice more about her. She is not just a mousy nothing in a corner. She has intelligence, and a very wicked sense of humor that she allows you to see every now and again.

Luckily for you and all the self-control you think you’ve built up, she never sees you as anything other than a teacher. Just another frumpy adult, to listen to when necessary, to make fun of when appropriate.
