Leslie stared at her appointment ledger a moment, as she willed the ink to appear in the proper timeslot. "There we go." She looked at her employees Holly and Corey. "We're going to have a busy day."

At noon, after three other happy clients, the noon appointment arrives. "Leslie Simone, at your service. This is Holly our resident PR Specialist. And the handsome fella behind me is Corey, our tech facilitator. Follow me into the next room and have a seat."
