Fangs For The Memories!

The central conciet of this story is as follows:

Somewhere in the omniverse there is a world with a lot of magical energy but no public knowledge of how to use it. On that world a wierd magician with actual magic abilities but no real training tries to summon "Dracula". He succeeds, badly.

Now ALL the different cartoon/film versions of "Dracula" have fused into one person and all of thier direct relatives by blood or marriage have been dragged into a single city on this one planet together. This new "Dracula" could take after ANY of these various Draculas.

Totally unhinged psychopath? Yes: you can do that. Dedicated family man obsessed with protecting his loved ones? Yes: you can do that. Hyper-sane neuroticly tragic loner? Yes: you can do that. Haughty aristocratic leader of vampire-kind? Yes: you can do that. Any version of Dracula ever shown on screen is posible; BUT, he has ALL of thier powers, which, more-or-less makes him a GOD.

And now all of his relatives, from Mavis of Hotel Hransylvania and her son and husband, to Alucard from Vampire Hunter D, to Integral Fairbrook Wngates Hellsing from the Eponymous show/manga HELSING, have to try to deal with this madness and being stuck in one mid-sized city together probably approximately doubling its population overnight and also probably adding a ton of very disparate architecture in the form of thier assorted estates, mansions, hotels, etc, etc, etc.
