Escaping Hell

You look around wildly, your attacker and her gun still smoking in your mind and you duck down.

"Stand up now, child," floats a kindly voice over you - looking up you behold a very tall man, taller than anyone you've ever seen, holding a golden book. "You are at the gates of Heaven and here I will pronounce your judgment."

"Oh," you can only answer, meekly. You mentally cross your fingers.

The very tall angel spends several minutes silently reading through pages upon countless pages of his book until finally he looks back up at you, his face grim and sad, "I am sorry, Jane but you cannot be permitted into Paradise - you have spent your life cheating on partners and stealing money for ****. There is hope for you, child - but punishment must come before repentance. I do hope we may meet again..."

And your world faded to black and you felt as if many hands were pawing at your body, slowly pulling you down - you span and flew upside down and pulled this way and that and all around and you felt your earthly clothes fall off and then you felt cold, hard stone pressed against your stomach and bare chest.

"Hello, Jane," said a mournful voice. A woman stared down at your naked form, "Welcome to the inferno, the underworld, Hell."

Shuddering as you took her cold, clamy hand, you allow yourself to be lead to a large, invulnerable door.

The woman pushed you forward and the door swung wide - you saw a great pit and countless souls screaming and crying and moaning and a fell sickness stole away all hope from you - a powerfully-built man, with the lower body of a goat and a forked tail met you at the edge.

"Jane Doe, you are sentenced by the Divine to damnation until the eternal punishment is deemed ended. You are to be enslaved in our Connubialis-Agon Circle until your freedom is granted!"

Your reality changed and your stand alone in the entrance of a infinite, dark cave with many tunnels before you - unable to turn back you have only one option - go forward, accept your punishment, and hope for escape!
